We offer a one-page professional website package that includes:

• Free domain (1 year)
• SSD hosting (1 year)
• Website design & development
• Basic on-site SEO
• Digital business card design

All services are delivered within 3–5 business days after client confirmation and information submission.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in full before service begins. We accept payment through secure gateways such as Paddle, Payoneer, or SSLCommerz. We do not store your payment information.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business details
• Sending required content (text, logo, images)
• Approving the final design before delivery

4. Revisions

We offer up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Additional changes may incur a small fee.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer full refunds once work has begun. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you may face.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the website we create becomes your property. We reserve the right to showcase it in our portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence, but we are not liable for:

• Any technical issues from third-party services
• Loss of data due to hosting issues
• Downtime caused by factors beyond our control

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service means you accept any changes.

9. Return & Refund Policy

As we provide digital services that are custom-built for each client, all sales are considered final once the work has started.

However, we want our clients to be satisfied with the service. Therefore:

• Refunds may be considered only before the design or development process has begun.
• If you’re unhappy with the final delivery, we offer up to 2 free revisions to ensure it meets your expectations.
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Please note that no refunds will be issued for:

• Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information
• Change of mind after the project has begun
• Completed or delivered services
